*Pink zen & coi pond tranquilty at Lotus Hair, Body, & Soul - an incredible 5,000 sq ft space with colorful asian art & studio spaces for photography. Please do your best to express your individual style in all pink (white & black can be used sparingly to fill in gaps). American Cancer Society Discovery Shops highlight Breast Cancer Awareness Month by collecting pink items throughout August & September. We're asking every particpant to help support cancer research by purchasing at least one pink item from the Medford Discovery Shop (for those unable to visit the store pre slam, please bring $5 or $10 as a donation to the American Cancer Society, if possible). Although we won't be reserving outfits, additional pink items will be available on location. Please challenge yourself to get wild & creative with the pink theme. Photographers: this means you, too!

***As always, we celebrate individuality & creativity: please feel free to express that uniqueness. In other words, let's get weird!

Hair & Makeup: 

The team at Lotus, Body & Soul will be offering free hair & makeup styling on location the morning of the slam for the first 15 models that register! To book an appointment, please call them at (541) 858-8177

Parking: 

Lotus Hair, Body & Soul is located in Downtown Medford. Sunday should allow for convenient parking but for ride-share help, please post a story on Instagram, tag @portrait_slam, & we'll share it on our page

This invitation is required to attend. To reserve your spot, please register after reading & agreeing to How This Works on our website at portraitslam.com. After purchasing a ticket, your name will be added to our registration list (no need to print out your ticket). We work hard to curate a balanced & diverse group of creatives. Your ticket will become non-refundable after Friday Sept. 27th. We're always open to suggestions for other models or portrait photographers to consider inviting, please let us know!
